As Manager Product Management Investing & Savings, you play a crucial role in translating strategic ambition, market trends, and customer needs into investment solutions for our clients. The team is responsible for providing investment and savings services to private and semi-institutional clients served from Private Clients Netherlands and Mercier Van Lanschot. This includes the distribution of our asset management, investment advice, self-investment, and credit propositions, as well as the drafting and updating of customer documentation such as terms, brochures, and agreements, and managing internal documentation such as work instructions, pitch presentations, and inter- and intranet content.

We translate customer needs and market opportunities into an attractive and distinctive investment service for this customer group. As Manager, you lead the change calendar of our investment and savings services. The team is also responsible for competitive analyses and product comparisons to closely monitor market developments. Additionally, the Product Management team is responsible for ensuring that the investment and savings services continuously meet the requirements of laws and regulations. You work closely with all departments involved in the Value Chain Savings & Investments and as a manager, you are an active member of the Value Chain Board Savings & Investments.

Furthermore, you will be involved in:

• developing, maintaining, and improving savings and investment products based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and market trends.

• translating strategic ambitions into concrete product initiatives and change calendars.

• implementing and adopting new products, including stakeholder management and change management.

In addition, you have/are:

• innovation-oriented by embracing technological developments and thinking about and implementing them. Also, consider the opportunities that AI offers.

• academically educated (at least completed HBO education).

• demonstrable experience in Product Management.

• demonstrable experience and affinity with investing, preferably within a Private Bank or Asset Manager.

• at least 10 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position.

• good command of the English language, both orally and in writing.
