- You have at least HBO work and thinking level.

- You have a professional football training diploma

- You have at least 5 years of experience as a trainer / coach of an internationally recognised soccer team

- You have an affinity with Dutch football.

- You are available for at least 32 hours a week and you are also available on weekends and holidays

- Being a supporter of Ajax Amsterdam is an advantage
